Chills for months

Back a few months ago I was real stressed one night and the next day I woke up feeling I had like a flu. I was having a bad funny nose, sore throat and severe chills. The night before I was worried about soemthing and it seems I worried myself sick into getting sick it was weird. Then I felt the chills for months. What does this sound like?

It's kind of hard to explain. I got the chills when I had an anxiety attack and they never stopped. After I relaxed and my anxiety went away months later I didn't feel chills no more but when I worried again they came back

Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? Are you taking meds for it? You may not be taking enough nutrients and not taking enough sleep for your immune system to not function properly. You should see a doctor for proper diagnosis as the chills already took months unresolved.
