Cold / Chills / Pains / Aches?

Im not sure whats up, but i'm 16 years old and i'm having a really bad cold and at times i cant breathe. I just started having the chills yesterday. They won't stop at all. I'm ice cold with my layers of clothes on? I have a 97.9 fever, and my head aches so much that i get dizzy. My whole body is sore. Can anybody tell me whats up?
