dayquil cough and cold is the best I have found

TRy a good cheese and onion sandwich wit some added garlic for extra power, eat 3 times a day, works wonders for me, rely gets into your tubes, the onion/garlic should be at a strength that it makes your eyes water then its doin you some good.
And the best one, is the one before bedtime.

For a cold? Personally I stopped eating processed foods and sugar and I have never had a cold again 2-3 years now. Sugar is awful and should be avoided.
If you are cold all the time you may have an underactive thyroid. Get a test done and they can sort you out.
