Costochondritis?

I have had costochondritis at least twice in my life, and I feel like I have it again. It first started out with my chest hurting mostly when I breathed in deeply, but this morning it hurt more when I breathed out, or when I leaned over to pick something up. Also, later it hurt in the center of my chest when I reached back to grab the seat belt to bring it around me. Now it hurts in my upper back. I have had some heartburn/acid reflux lately, also...Of course, I may be wearing a too-tight bra...:)
