FLU, COLD, ??

I am a 29 y/o male who has been running a fever of 101.5 to 102.7 for the past three days. I have been feeling very dizzy, have a lot of chest congestion and head congestion.  I was wondering how long i should wait before seeking medical attention.  I'm worried that there is something more serious wrong as tylenol is not taking the temperature down below 99 where my normal temp is approx. 96.7.  Mucus discharge from nasal cavity is clear as well as any phlem coughed up.  minimal appetite with cold/hot spells (chills and sweats).  Note: I live in nevada where I have recently found out that I had mice/field rats living in my air ducts (heat was turned on at the time).  Worried that this could be related.  Please help!!

3 days of high fever is long enough for me to worry about going to see a doctor.
