Feeling sick for a month

For over a month now i've been feeling sick mostly each day, I have never felt like this before and it feels like it wont end. when it first started I was feeling nauseous for a week, then i had a cold the next week, then for the next 2 weeks I was having problems sleeping until I went to my doctor and found out it was sleep paralysis, then i had trouble swallowing for 2 days and right now every day i feel nauseous even though I really need to eat something in the mornings and its really interupting my life constanly going to doctors and the hospital. There have been days when I feel like everything is fine then something new just starts up. It feels like this isnt going to go away even though the doctor thinks its just minor things, but its really scary to think your getting new things and cant explain why. Please someone tell me if there is anything like this thats in the medical records or something.

oh and to clarify some things: I'm male, 18, and have had no kind of serious illness.

You haven't described your symptoms to be able to make out much of what's going on in your case.  Good luck.
