Feels like something is caught in throat

I have been on Z-pack since Fri. for a sinus infection. Monday I woke up and still felt tired and then my throat feels like I have something stuck in it. I also feel that when I breath it's like being outside on a bluster cold day. Almost like I've got a burp stuck and can't get rid of it. I have kind of a dry cough, but not really a cough. When I do make my self cough I do once in while have brown & green phlum.
I do have panic disorder and was wondering if it could be from stress or a chest cold. It is uncomfortable.

You should have finished the Zpack after 5 days and the bacteria should be gone.

post nasal drip can cause some of those symptoms, ask your doctor for nasal steroids

over the counter nasal saline rinse can help

I have a problem in my throat from many days. I feel something stuck in my throat. Some times it pains but not regularly.  My voice is becoming lower and lower in pitch, My voice breaks regularly when I talk to some one on phone or normally. I don't have Cough or Cold. While talking to the people I feel that something stucked in my throat and i have a swallow it harder.

I will really appreciate if some one can help me from this porblem Please Please Please. As the job I do is a telephone operator/Call Center and its becomming very tough to handle the job now with this problem.
