Flu fever
Hi,
Starting tuesday i felt tired sleepy and had a fever 101.4 at night. Mild headache.
Wednesday one cough of thick phleghm some light blood, fever peaked at 102. But energy returned, but still sleepy.
Thursday better, temp at 100. Mild sore throat.
Friday temp down to 98 for a while, then after doing light computer work, went to 101.5 in the evening, so went to Er, got chest xray, flu swab. Got ibuprofin, temp went to normal, sweated 4 times fallin asleep.
Doc said viral flu, just rest and recover.
Today, saturday, temp between 99 to 100.7 feeling okay. No other symptoms anymore. Maybe some congestion.
Can a temp last this long?
Ive been drinking plenty of water, juice, eating soups, eggs, some meats, vegetables.
Any advice?
