Flu or Viral develop back /leg pain

I am recovering from a sever headache, extreme fatigue (in bed for 3 days), nausea.  I had no fever or runny nose, cough.  As I recovered I have developed sever back pain that comes through out the day.  I have been taken Ibuprofin which helps a bit but the pain is intense.  I have no history of back aches.  Is this caused by the fly or infection I had?

Also, I feel that on day 4 when I was feeling better my left gland/tonsil seems a wee bit swollen.  I do not have a sore throught.

any suggestions what these two new conditions are 1. back 2. gland

It sounds like some infection. Maybe a kidney infection. Do you remember it hurting or burning when you urinate? Because if you did and just ignored your symtoms it would go into a kidney infection which can be treated easy. And with your glands being swollen you are fighting something. I would make a doctor appointment, it would not hurt to get checked out :-)
