HELP

help me please, the last two days have been awful
with what started as a stomach virus on monhday left me achey (achy) on tuesday and now, early wednesday, my inner ears are in terrible pain, and i am again in too much discomfort to sleep
i tried taking a non-perscription sleeping aid and a cold pill, but i still feel aweful
i've hardly slept at all, i feel horrible, please please help

I suffered from numerous stomach viruses and terrible sinus infections over the years that would render me helpless for days, but I'm finding a natural way to treat myself that is really helping me.

First, whenever you feel your head getting clogged up use a nasal saline irrigation kit (nasal ******) or a nettie pot to clean your sinus passageways immediately.  Its amazing how it helps alleviate infections.

As far as viruses, this may sound distasteful to many, but it really helps me.   When ever I feel a virus coming on, chills, aches, fatigues, I sip about 2 large cups of "garlic broth with hot pepper" upon its onset.  I cut up about 3 to 4 cloves of fresh garlic, simmer it in chicken broth, then sprinkle it with red pepper flakes.  After the broth, I take about 2000 mgs of Ester-C vitamin with bioflavanoids.   The garlic, the red pepper and continuing doses of vitamin C really seemed to help me and get into my bloodstream quickly to help kill the virus or weaken it.

Try to think what you were doing differently when you started getting 'the sniffles' dizziness, flu type symptoms, nausea

There is a chemical exposure that should be suspect for this

And it can cause a lot of harm,
One lady went deaf in one ear in our town ... after dizziness for a week.

There is an autoimmune issue that I would suspect exposure to BUTYL for causing (2-butoxyethanol is the version I looked into)

The reason an infection is suspected, many times, might be because it isn't recognized as an anemia sign

Classically, in Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia the stimulation of the bone marrow is so strong that even the white blood cells lines (which have very little to do with this disease but which also are born and incubate in the bone marrow along side the red blood cells) are stimulated. This leads to white blood cell counts that are spectacularly high.

A cause of eyes burning and hurting may actually be a sign of exposure to BUTYL in many products, even home cleaning products, paint, etc.  Vapors in one's eyse (either direct exposure or 'second hand exposure')

Ask the lab tech to LOOK at the RED BLOOD CELLS
