Headache , coughing and burning sensation

Over the past two days I have come down with some sort of fever. It started off with a mild cough, which then progressed into my whole body having what I can only describe as a dull ache. By the end of that day I wasn't far off passing out in pain.

Last night I didn't sleep at all, and every time I moved my whole body would have a burning sensation. It felt incredibly strange, like my own body wasn't mine.

I've spent all day today in bed feeling restless and very uncomfortable. So far I've been taking lemsips and holding a bag of ice on my head. I've never felt this ill before, just wondering if any of this makes sense/sounds familiar to someone?

Try Tylenol to bring down your fever and make sure to drink enough fluids, if you're not eating then drink Gatorade or something similar not just plain water.
