Heaviness of Head and Difficulty in opening Jaws

Hi,
I have had slight fever in the last week and, couple of days even before that till today, i have this heaviness in head and difficulty in opening my mouth,(kind of holding near the jaw joint , below the ears).
These are more in the morning i get up after sleep.
I feel very drowsy throughout the day and my eyes seem to be kind of blurry and burning.
Is is the extreme cold conditions that;s causing me pain?
How do i get over the heaviness of head and the jaw pain and drowsiness?
Please advise,
