ask your Dr. if he order a CT SCAN, i used to suffer from headaches, a friend of my mother told her to peel one potatoe make 3 thin slices soak them in alcohol for 15 min, then put them on the top of my forehead and wrapped with a bandana and lying down in the dark, first i did not believe it and one day i was in such of agony, i trieded, that was my remedi for many years, now i hardly get headaches off and on but never the same, try it if you like and i really hope it works for you just like it did for me, also try to avoid salts as much as you can foods have a lot to do with it, try to eat small meals all the time, dont wait to be starving, that can also cause headaches

Burning usually indicates a neuropathy or nerve pain.  Have you seen a neurologist about this?  Also, is this head pain or face pain that turns in to a headache?
