Increasing sleepiness + mildly dizzy + phlegm

I have been having increased dizziness for about 8 months. It's a pressure between the eyes that it also a bit numbing. Worse yet it's making me increasingly sleepy where I can wake up feeling a bit dizzy and entirely sleepy.

This is not stress-related, been there, also the CT scan is clear in the sinus region. I am almost entirely incapacitated. It's made worse by looking at a computer monitor, but I hardly need a monitor for the symptoms to kick my ***. I

I have also been having irritated yellowish phlegm in the back of throat, sometimes with a bit of dried blood though that seems to have dissipated lately.

I really need some help with this one.
