Is it possible to reverse resistance to antibiotics?

I get colds way too easily, have tried everything to no avail. In winter I'm always wrapped up in clothes, otherwise sooner or later I'll start getting cold symptoms, particularly in the throat. Otherwise, I'm reasonably physically strong, try to keep a healthy lifestyle, don't smoke, drink only socially. Growing up I'd get antibiotics from my parents for the slightest cold, which I think messed up my immune system. Is it possible to reverse this situation? As an adult if I get a cold I never take antibiotics, just try to get plenty of rest and resort to home remedies, which generally works well. PLEASE HELP, this situation is rather unbearable, too constraining. Thank you very much for your comments!
