Is this the flue or something more serious??

I went to an event with about over 700 people and came back with a cold which seems normal because some people were sneezing so I knew I had to get something. But one day my throat started hurting when i swallowed, three days later i blow my nose and my mucus is VERY green but it was only once. Now Im congested, my nose is filled with mucus, Im sneezing, and the worst thing is that when I breath my left rib cage hurts. It feels like some type of stinging sensation near my heart and chest bone. Can anybody help me please?

If you take alcohol, stop for some time. You got alergy (allergy). Take some antialergic instead of antibiotics. And eat good food and drink plenty of fluid and juices. But remember don't smoke and drink. Steaming will help.

I have never smoked or drank in my life. The closest to smoking I have done is second hand smoke from my dad who smokes but he stopped a while ago.
