Light brown scaly rash & red spots! What could this be?

My daughter and I have been staying at my parents for a month. After a couple days she began to get what looked like mosquito bites all over her body, almost looked like welts. Also had little red pimple lik looking bites all over feet and calves. It took a week for it to go away. Now she had little raised fair red bumps all over her neck back and legs. Also a pale scaley rash on her neck area.. She has a couple red areas that look like welts/mosquito markings on leg.

NOTE: my mom is a moderate hoarder. Two Shizu little dogs and four cats.. One she just rescued from neglect. The animals urinated all over our clothes when we first came here (washed immediately afterwords) and there is animal urine and feces throughout the house.. They leave paper towels over it until I clean it the right way.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE PLEASE HElp

PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES thank you!! :(

No she doesn't. What is dengue? The red spots and pale flaky path are very faint. Along time a go I had Tina vesicola from a tanning bed. It was a type of fungal rash and I'd get it all over my back and chest when is sweat. It looks very similar but i think is from the house we are staying at. With the unkept condition. It's temporary and I've tried to clean my parents but she is a hoarder. Also excess amount of dust. I think the rash and spots could be bateri or fungal.. Just trying to narrow it down. Thank you!!

Does she have fever? Hope it's not dengue.
