Morphine and alcohol interaction

My husband take Morphine 30 mg-ROX for pain. Today he took one with a can of beer. What symptoms are serious indications that I should call the paramedics?

Morphine is not such a good idea under any circumstances.

Unconsciousness is when you should call the paramedics. Especially if he doesn't wake up immediately when you shake him.

They will administer naltrexane and this will reverse the effects of the morphine.
