Night sweats

Hi sorry ti buther with this kind of questions, i'm 26 years old, i have had 2 night sweats last week, my shirt was wet and i had to take it out, the bed wasn't that wet, i have had a kind of cold the whole week, but not fever and just a little bit of cough specially at the morning, and sneezing, the first night sweat that i got was the day that i got the cold then i said it's becuase of that, then i started putting the heat at home and sleeping with 2 covers (not to big) on my bed, because the weather has been very cold this week, and the next week when i have the first night sweat i got the second one, and was the same, my shirt was wet and i had to take it out....... please I wanna know if i gotta worry about this, of it is normal and is just because of the flu that i got, thank you so much...............
