Please help - Bad symtoms(symptoms)

I have been having a severe sore throat for about 2 months, my left testicle and hip is burning in pain. Pain is also in my penis after I pee. My armpits are burning with sharp and burning pain. I have been to four doctors and noone can figure out what happening to me.

I have protected sex with an individual, right after that all this sickness came up. I took a ripid Aids test and std a week later and I was clear of all deases. 6  weeks later I went back and got tested, everything was clear again. But I'm still feeling sick all the time, my testicles and pelvic hurts. My armpits and throat are burning. Please help I'm in so much pain and I'm scared I may have HIV..

An HIV test 6 weeks after intercourse would adequately rule out HIV.  If you're still worried, consider a western blot test if that's not the test you got.

More concerning would be Reiter's syndrome.  A rheumatologist (or your regular doc) could evaluate for this by blood tests.  The reason why you should is your symptoms are suspicious: sore throat, testicle, joint, penile pain (dysuria - pain while peeing).

Thanks Enoch, I suppose you are not in the CA area, so you can be my doctor, since noone can cure me.  I will tell my doctor about the Reiter's Syndrome and see if he can schedule me in to run some test. Thanks again, I really appreciate the info.

i'm in palo alto, ca (not far from san francisco) and yes, i diagnose these kinds of symptoms often.  Good luck and let us know what it turns out to be.

They'll also take urine to rule out a bladder infection (uncommon in men), a throat culture, and examine your testicles.

Thanks again, I just set an appointment with an Rheumatologist at UCLA medical for 1PM tomorrow, hopefully they can help me, if not I'm driving to San Francisco to see you.

Hi, DOc,  I went to the Rheumatologist, he ran alot of text yesterday and will see me in two weeks, but this morning my entire mouth is sore, not my gum. My tongue too is sore and I'm having big time headaches. I found three small knots under my chin this morning too. I'm freaking scare. Pain in my groin, tip of penis and hip area still assist, even after they give me Meloxican (Wednesday I took the last one), and now I'm on Naproxen. Are these pills side effects causes sore mouth?  or Headaches

knots under the chin can be lymph node swelling

those medications are non-steroidal anti-inflammitories, which decrease pain and inflammation, and unlikely to cause sore mouth or headaches.  Ask the doctor who prescribed them to you

Hi Dr Choi


I went to an rhematologist, infectious disease doctors, who did over ten HIV and std tests on me and everything is good. They check my anal for cancer too but nothing. I'm clear of Reiter's symdrome.  the doctors said my Toxomoplasmosis are high. I'm on antibiotic. once I stop the antibiotic my entire mouth got sore and i got fever and chills. The nodes under my chain is swellon, behind my left knee is inflame along with my left calf. I'm always sick, with chills and pain under my armpits ( Mostly left). little dizziness, my wieght are still the same 185. I need help because it's not getting better but getting worst.

i sorry that you got worse after stopping antibiotics.  I'd get a second opinion from an infectious disease specialist at a major university hospital, say UCLA or USC down where you are..
