Plese diagnose me.

I have had to blow my nose constantly for the last 5 days. It is mostly hot lime green snot and sometimes a little blood with it. I'm only getting about 4 hours of sleep at night because it gets worse. The first three nights I would fall asleep shaking from being cold and wake up in the middle of the night really hot, but thats gone now. Started coughing a little on day 4 and now my cheekbones and teeth hurt. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Fever, chills, worsening ***** nasal drainage with painful cheekbones does sound like sinusitis, just like Ihatepalps2 said.  It would be even more likely if your symptoms had lasted longer, say, a week or 2, and if it's unilateral (one sided).  Ask your doctor for help.
