Sick For A Few Months... Now Bad Pain In Chest

I have been feeling pretty rotton for a few months. Really draged out, sleeping a lot some nights, even into the afternoon, but not sleeping other night. I've had a lot of sinus pressure and a cough off and on. Sometimes a get that weird feeling just before you get a colf or flu, not really an ache in the body, but almost like your skin is sensitive and... oh i dont know how to explain that feeling. I guess it is achy and jumpy. I also have some mental disorders that are being controlled by medications. I am also bulimic with anorexic tendancies, but for the last 3 months (I was put on Seroquel) I gained a fair amount of weight and decided to get off the seroquel and my weight is going down again. I also take a lot of diurex and exlax and my family doctor told me i need to stop taking them because I have developed tachycardia and postural hypotension. Currently my prescribed med i take are spironolactone 100 mg/day, bupropion 400 mg/day, domperidone 40 mg/day, rabeprazole ec 20 mg/day, arthrotec 100 mg/day, Trazodone 200 mg/day, ducosate sod 200 mg/day, and citalopram 60 mg/day. exlax is extra strength and i take two/day and the diurex is 200 mg and I take 1/day. Just a little history on me for such a short question I want to ask, but I want you to have all the info.

So like I said, ive been feeling like I have a cold for a few months and cant seem to shake it. Then yesterday I went out in -1 degree celsius  weather, walking and I could feel the cold going into my lungs and it started to hurt. So I turned around and went home. Last night I started to cough and by this morning I was into a full blown hacking fest. Now this evening I have a dry cough sometimes and sometimes a crackel like sound. My throat is very sore. I dont know if its from the cough or just a sore throat. But my chest is really hurting. I keep getting a feeling like my heart is pumping really hard like its pumping up against my wind pipe and tickeling it that makes me cough a little too. I can really feel it when im laying down and being still. Almost like my body is jumping with every time my heart beats. Not a nice feeling. Tnight it feels really tight like something is wrapped around my ribs and squeezing.

I have a doctor appointment next thursday (have one every two weeks) but would like to know from anyone, expecially a doctor, what all this could be. Could it all be one thing, or just a bunch of different things not related?

Oh, I forgot to also say, I have a tooth that cracked off a month or two ago that leaves an aweful taste in my mouth. It doesnt hurt but has areally bad taste that comes from it. I cant afford to get it fixed right now. I dont know if thats important or not.

It sounds like you have the flu or something. Your chest probley feels tight because of the intense coughing episodes. Are you coughing up anything? Are you running a fever, any other symptoms?
