Sick for 5months!!!!

Ive been sick for 5 months now, it started with an intense chesty cough, then it moved up into my throat, where i coughed up alot of nasal mucus, then it went to my nose and head- where i couldnt breathe well.. Now its back in my throat. i cant sleep at night, coz i keep coughing, i keep running out of energy too. After my coughing, i have to take a second to catch my breath. I haven't been eating dairy for 5months now, coz that made my throat worse, so now its just water that accumulates my throat to get mucusy...
Ive been on 3 type of antibiotics, 2 nasal sprays, eye drops, hayfever and allergy tablets, coltrex and panadol, but nothing makes me feel better!! Can any one tell me what i need to do to get rid of this cold for good!!!!!!!
