Sinus pressure or something worse?

I have been battling a severe sinus infection for 6+ weeks and I have never had symptoms like I do now.  I wake up in the mornings with my right ear feeling clogged and my nose is stuffy. I wake up feeling dizzy and sometimes,  if the mucous build up is bad, then I am very nauseus.  I never had sinus this bad before and I came up with the silly conclusion that "what if it was a brain tumor?"

Sometimes,  on the right side of my head,  I get these muscle spasms where I feel like a nerve is my head is jumping. And there is a lot of pressure.

Can anyone relate???
