Stiff neck fever etc.

First it started with a sore throat with white spots, they went away but now I have a fever of 99 and headache, stiff neck, sore back, legs and hips also I'm very sleepy and cranky. From what I've researched it could be any # of thing. What do you think it is?

i have a stiff neck and cold and i was wondering how sick i was and that is why i clicked on this to read the advice that others have given you
now that i know your most worrysome symptom was you stiff neck... i'm scared :[

HArd to say without an exam, go get checked by your doctor right now.  The headache, stiff neck are particulary worrysome
