Stomach Flu? 2 1/2 years old vomiting at night

My 2 1/2 year old was doing fine during the dinner time, except his appretite wasn't too good.  We didn't pay too much of attention and just thought that he might had a big snack in day care already.
At night, he woke up and felt unease, then about 10 minutes later, he started vomiting and after that we found out that he has light fever (99.5).    I read some articles online and seems like he has stomach flu, but he doesn't have diarria.  He looks weak, but he is not complaining that he has a stomachace.  Please help!!!!   Thank you.

That is exactly what happened with my 2 1/2 year old daughter. We took her to see dr on the next day, and he said that she has stomach virus. As of today, she is still complaining that she has a stomachace and she doens't want to eat anything. Please help!!!!! Thank you.
