Strep throat AGAIN???

A few months ago I caught strep throat. I went on amoxicilin for 10 days, then 2 weeks later I got strep again. This time they put me on the generic version of Keflex, 500mg. I again took that for 10 days, now it's 2 weeks later and I'm sick again, only this time there seems to be no white spots on my tonsils and I have a stuffy/runny nose. My throat is more itchy and scratchy then hurting this time, but my tonsils are still red and swollen. Is it possible I have strep yet again, or does this sound more like just a cold?? Oh and no fever, I had a fever the other 2 times I had strep.
