Swollen Glands/Feels like a lump in throat when swallowing

hey guys alright well i'm 20 yrs old i dont have insurance at the moment so i cant go see the doc but maybe one of you can help me out....so i've had a cold for about a wweek now at first i had a killer sore throat but no fever or anything and i already had my tonsils out....now my throat has stopped hurting but when i go to sleep at night thats when it starts again..,my glands are swollen and everytime i swallow it feels like there is a ball in my throat that just wont go down...feels like there is something stuck in there its driving me crazy!...my neck is also pretty swollen too....and i have a cough....any guesses on whats going on here??
