Swollen Glands ear problem

I had the flu about 5 weeks ago. I was left with clogged ears, swelling in my sinuses (but no real discharge) and received two rounds of anitbiotics plus a decongestant. My ears remained clogged and I didn't really feel much relief and basically felt run down, no energy, etc after the second round of antibiotics. Recently, my glands in my neck have started to swell, mainly in the evenings, which cause discomfort. I use a heating pad to relieve the pain. My ears are less clogged and my sinisus seem clear, but now the swollen glands. Still feel tired, lack of energy, etc. What to do at this point? Thanks.
