Swoosh like sound in ear when turning head

I've been sick with the flu for about a week and have noticed when I turn my head or get up; sometimes I get a swoosh sound for a second (kind of like water stuck in ear) and I don't know what to do? Is it related to being sick? It only started a few days ago. What can I do?

So it's been gone for more than a week. It wasn't an infection, I had those before and they are the most painful thing; this wasn't it. I think it was just involved with pressure in my ear due to being sick. Thanks so much though!

Now my ears have pressure and make crackling/popping noises. It's not very painful but what can I do to relive it?
