Usually when I'm sick, I'm weak and want to take medicine and just sleep. For the past few months, I have strength to do things, but from time to time, I can smell symptoms of a cold via my nasal passages and the smell is coming from my breath when I'm talking. The strange thing is that I don't feel sick to the point that I have to take some medicine. I do admit of not getting enough sleep. What's wrong with me and what can I take to get rid of this cold symptom that I have?
