What's wrong with me?

Hi.  7 days ago I came down with a fever all of a sudden.  It lasted 24 hours and went up to 101. I had the joint, muscle paid associated with this. After the fever stopped, I got diahrea for 2 days.  I couldn't really eat. I have had consistently a terrible headache.  There is no headache when I wake up but then at 11am starts in the  back of my head (byt the neck) and then moves by 6pm to the forehead and eyes.  It stays there until I go to sleep.  I usually take a nap in the day as I am exhausted from this illness.  Whenever I sleep and wake up the headache is gone.  But the headache returns within an hour.  Strangely I do not have any of the typical symptoms of a flu: no cough, no soar throat and no blocked nose. I don't need any tissues as my nose is fine.  My appetite is back and I am eating normally again. Occasionally I have very yellow flem (phlegm). The headaches seem to be getting worse.  Does anyone know what this might be?  I thought it was the flu but now I am getting concerned.  Should I be?  Thanks very much for your help.

That persistent of a headache is concerning, i'd see a doctor, that's not normal for it to be so terrible for so long, 1 week...
