Could it be hyperthyroidism? Where your thyroid produces too much hormone? If you think so, you can find Dr. Brownstein's thyroid book, look up his site online to read more about it. If you're very worried, you can contact a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition practitioner and they will find the root cause of the symptom.
Some people are more warm blooded than others.
I too get very warm and hot and my husband is cold.
At the age you are, it is possible that you may be on the change of life. Of course that won't be the case for Caryopteris' dad. :)
Make sure that you drink plenty of water, 2-3 litres per day is usually recommended and keep off highly processed and sugary foods.
