can anyone please tell me what i got?

my symptoms are a funny smell in my head and a weird taste but not all the time mostly when i lower my head down,i can feel my nose burn on the inside,real thick clear mucus comes out sometimes and i also cough up mucus,i cough , my chest is tight and i do smoke ciggs, i have headaches, i get real bad dizzy, i dont feel completely right in my head and i have rapid heartbeat and feel like im gonna faint, i aint been running no fever but i feel achy and misrable. i dont know what wrong with me and its really scaring me and i think i start to freak out im afraid im dying and my head feels like it has alot of pressure on it, someone please tell me whats wrong with me please, im scared.
