can't sleep help me.
i had a chest cold for three weeks with a bad cough at night when i try to sleep, now in the last week i have had a bad back and throat itchand i find it hard to breath, yesterday i noticed a rash on my chest.

I would tell you to try Zicam, but now you have a rash. Go to the doctor instead. If he/she clears the rash, they'll probably give you something for that cold you've had. The back ache?? Probably from coughing so much or totally unrelated.
