Many viral infections can cause these symptoms, a visit to get checked up may be necessary if fever (temp > 100.4, unable to drink due to vomtiting), or not as playful and interactive as usual.

If it's not that serious, many get better with better hydration, nasal saline rinsing, single component remedies (the multicomponent remedies have been recalled due to deaths from overdose).
