Does the cold feel like it's coming from inside you?  For over 30 years I have had what I call cold spots.  It began with just a few fingers being icy cold.  This went away for a few years.  Then I started having what I call cold spots.  My cheek might be cold for a few minutes, then my shoulder.  The cold never went below my waist.  Now my whole body gets cold.  I experience this about once a month.  I went to 3 doctors.  The doctor I go to now thinks my nerve endings have been damaged in some way.  It seems like when air hits my body, I get cold.
