What about my Billirubin level ? ist that high ? I already been to The hospital. Chinese Doctors say everything no problem.
this is jaundice from a mostly elevated indirect bilirubin level with much less from direct bilirubin.
it comes from the liver being unable to conjugate, to process the bilirubin to get rid of it. bilirubin then re-enters the bloodstream.
it can be from hemolytic anemia or congenital reasons, but since your direct is elevated as well, I'd worry about damage to the liver. this can be from infection, medication, or other toxins.
it's reassuring that the direct bilirubin is low, that suggests it's not an obstruction of the gallbladder or common bile duct
Merry Christmas!
