hiv

i have had protected sex with a girl about a month and a half ago for only about 5 minitues (dad busted through the door) and a day after my thighs started to get a little irritated that went a way and two weeks later i got this rash around my mouth, it doesnt look like hiv rash its just a little pink. Im taking supplements for working out called no explode and i thought that may be causeing it so i stopped taking it. Then i just got a sore throat and a sinus infection, i dont have any enlarged lymphnodes, or a fever, or night sweats, or anything else. Im wondering if it seems like i have acute hiv. please reply
