not sure whats going on

My husband has slept for 3 days straight. it started with a fever so i thought he just needed rest but until now he doesn't want to eat, is constantly dizzy when he wakes up and when i finally get him to eat something, the throws it all back up again. what can i do? he no longer has his fever and don't really know what to do for him.. HELP!
