not sure

I'm sure what going with me but lately I'm been very tried and all want to do is sleep. I will get in the morning  and that my blood presser pill and I'm fine for a couple hours then I start feeling sick. I feel like my food can't go down and feel like I need throw up but anything come up. I'm having headaches and feeling light headed and I have the chills. this been gong on for a week now. someone help and give me some suggest.

Many mothers get exhausted like you are.  Exhaustion from caretaking doesn't usually cause anorexia and dry heaves though.  Nor does it cause headaches and lightheadedness with chills.

If this is going on for a week, it's worth seeing a doctor. Maybe you just have a stomach flu, but a week is kinda long.
