please help is it a cold?

ive been having allergies. but now i think am having a cold for the past 5 days i cant stop sneezing, ive been coughing only a little, i cant breath through my left nostril, my throat and ear hurt a little, i feel like bubbles in the middle of my chest and feel like i cant breath but i am not short if the breathing problems are starting because am becoming anxios. my eyes feel very itchy 1-10 is a ten to the point am starting to see blurry and shaky from rubbing i guess even though i try my best not to...oh by the way am a female 22 years, i exercise 3x a week, drink 7 beers onece a week, dont smoke, 2kids, no surgeries, no health problems only anxiety..thanks for your help

you could be getting a cold or you sinuses are drainig...you might need to put visein for your eyes..i know if you don't get alot of sleep it makes your eyes dry and itchy..that can also make your vison blurry, when feeling anxious take deep breaths and picture your self somewhere quite and calm you could just be getting over whelmed..here is a breathing exercise:take a deep breath until you reach 4 seconds and then hold for 3 seconds and then slowly let out for 3 or 4 seconds and keep doing it until you notice you are calm....brittany
