please help me

Last week i got a flu. I had a strong headache, runny nose, tearing eyes and burning like hell, pain on my cheeks, and backache.. now its all gone, but i still have muscle and joint ache and a slight white tongue. Could the white tongue and muscle and joint ache be an aftermath of the flu. Like is it normal to still after the flu or is it caused by something else... i am really worried about if these are a symptoms of hiv as i have had unprotected sex last month. But my doctor said its a flu. And i am really worried about if having white tongue and muscle and joint pain even after the flu goes is normal.
Please help

thanks for the response. did you take anything to ease the aches and pains? or it went by itself.. the doctor gave me a medication and I took it when I was really sick but not now.. its been 2 weeks since the flu began.. I feel tired most of the time. is that normal?
