Consult your pharmacist or doctor before taking ANY medications while you are pregnant.  That way, you will not have to worry about your baby being healthy at birth.

Try tea and a humidifier maybe a hot shower will help the cough. R and R is the best option if it gets worse then go in!!

For your bad cough drink warm soothing drinks.  Lemon and honey or your preferred drink.  (not alcohol).  Keep of milk products while you are unwell as milk encourages the formation of mucus.

At home you could try steam inhalations.  Take care not to get scalded.  In a bowl pour in a kettleful of boiling water and put some vick or olbas oil into the water.  Bend your head over the bowl and cover your head and bowl with a towel and breathe in the steam through your nose and out through your mouth.  Do this 4 times a day for a duration of 10 minutes each time.
This will help to loosen up any congestion in your head, Eustachian tube, ears, throat and lungs.

When you wake up in the morning, have a warm drink and sip it slowly.  Arrow biscuits and dried toast is OK to nibble on to help ease the feeling of sickness.

You should really make an appointment and see your doctor.

Best wishes.
