whenever i get a cold my nose runs feverishly and i'm constantly wiping it. However after a few days i develop these little bumps around my nose. I usually can tell when they are about to pop up the site starts to tingle, after a while the pop up in clusters around my nose the are water-filled at first, then they develop a scab and usually goes away in about 6days i know it's not herpes what could it possibly be is it a skin irritation

MRSA, methicillin resistant staph aureus. Eczema. Herpes Simplex type 1. irritation. could be any number of rashes, go see your doctor.
