sore throat for a week

I've had a massive pain in my throat for at least a week now. It hurts when I yawn, drink,or eat. It feels as if I have something the size of a quarter in my throat and its getting worse. What can I take to get rid of it. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I've already had a miscarriage 4months ago and I'm highly worried I'm going to lose this one.

Hi. im sorry for your loss 4months ago, id just like to say you should not stress out over this as stress alone is believed to have an effect on a childs grow!..
if it's in your throat its more than likely something you have picked up yourself!
from previous experiences ive noticed that people who use econemyseven heating and sorts of heating like that which causes dust to rise in the air and block there throat. maybe this could be an issue, maybe you have bought a new heater or somthing? if you have i suggest you just set a bowl of water close to it and another somewhere else as it ***** the dust from the air.

if this is not the issue you really should go see a docter.
i hope it works out for you
