Hi if and when you get your blood checked, as Jemma suggested, ask for your Vit D levels, thyroid,  and your Ferritin levels as well.
One effective treatment for tiredness and body aches would be to soak in a tub of the warmest water with Epsom salt. The Epsom Salt box would have the instructions as to how much to use.
Epsom Salt is Magnesium Phosphate, soaking in it would help replenish your Magnesium thru the skin and it works within half an hour. If it helps then, you might wanna ask your MD for permission to take Magnesium supplements.
Mg Glycinate is the preferred kind vs Mg Oxide with Laxative effects.

I do not know if anything is going around in your area as I am in the UK.

If you are feeling extremely tired, I would suggest that you visit your doctor to check your iron and B12 levels.  It is not uncommon for people in our age group to suffer from low iron and B12 levels.

Make sure that you drink plenty of fluids and especially water.  Dehydration can make you feel tired as well as it being a symptom of other illnesses.

Best wishes.
