very concerned for my 2 yr old please help!!!!!!!

ok on april 7th until April 13th. In that time frame she was running high fevers and had extreme vomiting and diareah that put her in the hospital to get fluids since she was dehydrated. well today is April 20th and last night she developed a fever of 103.8 i took her to the dr and she wasn't vomiting and didn't have diareah so she said that it would run its course. well now she is vomiting too an acting just as bad as she did the last time she was sick. Could this be something else???
