Also, I suppose I have to take some of the blame for my incomplete history.  Since my love is GI and we have a friendship we spent a lot of the time during my office visit talking shop and about family.  I have been a previous patient of his because of my long HX of barrett's esophagus. GERD, gastric and duodenal ulcers and esophageal strictures.  I was first diagnosed with those issues in my mid-twenties.  So every few years he does an EGD and dilates me.  Other than those problems we do not talk at all about my other health issues.

Briefly, my weight started crashing in September of this year.  I went from 180 to my current weight of 153.  This was all unitentional.  I am 6'1" and am really looking ill with all this weight loss.  Along with the weight loss I have moderate to severe Right-sided abd. pain that worsen after I eat.  I have nausea and am heme positive (FOBT). During this course that began in September, I have also gotten two serious bouts of skin eruptions that occurred to the worst flare-ups of abdominal pain.  I am also extremely fatigued.  My PMD and neuro guy are very concerned about all of this.

The reason I have a neuro guy is that I have had 4 major spinal cord surgeries, including a Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion, since 1999 from an accident.  I am on hydrocodone and transdermal fentanyl 100 mcg.  Which, as you may know, complicates the picture since the fentanyl and hydocodone cause constipation.

Hi,
Colonoscopy and biopsy may miss Crohn's disease.

The abdominal pain could be due to DU. You can have EGD done to see if you still have it.
