Addominal pain

I have been troubled by left sided and lower abdominal pain for the last 12 years. It is got really bad that it is twisting my body and sucking in my stomack. it is also effecting my left shoulder.I have been able to relieve the pain by stretching but now that is not even working. Can you help me.

Hi,
Some  types of abdominal pain get referred to other parts of the body including shoulder.
Left lower abdominal pain is not known to affect the left shoulder.

An ultrasound scan of the abdomen and a colonoscopy may be helpful in finding out the cause.
